Inquiry data and your choices
How Creative Listing Studio handles information submitted on a public property page.
Information collected
A property inquiry records the name, email address, optional phone number, message, contact preference, referring campaign source, and the separate email or SMS consent choices submitted with the form.
How it is used
The real-estate organization that published the property uses the information to answer the inquiry and manage follow-up. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to ask about a property. Creative Listing Studio does not sell public-inquiry data or use it to infer protected personal characteristics.
Retention and requests
The publishing organization controls its lead records and can permanently delete an inquiry and its activity history. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact the agent or organization that shared the listing. You can also withdraw marketing consent through any follow-up communication you receive.
